Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Referred to the office and had an initial phone screen with an analyst. I then had a technical screen the next week with another analyst. After another week, I had a super day. There were two interviews — one with a VP and Associate, one with an analyst. Mix of both technical and behavioral questions. One of the more technical processes I've been a part of with many LBO/financing questions. I highly recommend studying up on your technicals and having a strong "Why IB/Santander" answer lined up.
