JPMAM London Investment Specialist - trajectory, exit opps, pay?

Hi, considering an IS role for JPMAM London. Coming in from a different background (more technical), so this will change my career trajectory. Would love to see if anyone has insights or info on: 1. current pay range (associate-senior associate level) and whether this tends to be negotiable at JPMAM 2. exit opps or career trajectory within JPMAM 3. general review of position - is it too much of a glorified sales/marketing role to merit the 'investment "specialist"' title?

Would appreciate any related tips! (even if you know the general pay bracket at JPMAM vs other BBs on the securities side!)
