Lateral in AM, mid-level?
I feel like I have topped out my opportunity at my current firm (Large but middle-of-the-road AM in T1 city). Comp isnt scaling up and neither is title / coverage.
I've been on the buy-side for 5 years, sell side 5 yrs prior to that. I don't have a ton of contacts in the industry so I'm having a ton of difficulty getting info on new openings. What would be the best way to lateral with my background?
