PM comp in Europe

Been on the buy side for some time, but on the hedge fund side.  What do PMs (total 12 years working experience) make in Europe, from base to total comp?  Is the bonus usually discretionary and how does the total comp change over time?  Are there certain AMs in Europe that are known to pay well?

Thanks

I think those places pay much better than the EU norm because they're American.

Local shops tend to be very conservative on comp but have other weird benefits. For example, at my fund we all get company cars (brand new Benz, Audi A6+ etc) and petrol. I'd imagine we get substantially more leave (about 7 weeks) versus an American fund which would probably just do minimum by law (usually 4 weeks).

Capital and Wellington are the gold standards in AM. PM comp will vary wildly but 7 or 8 figures

Any other good AMs that pay well and have low turnover among PMs?
