HarbourVest Private Credit

Hello,

Does anyone have any intel on HarbourVest Private Credit based in Boston? Note this is a direct lending role not an allocating / FoF role like the rest of HarbourVest (the HV private credit team raises their own private credit funds). Looking for general information on culture, deal flow, work-life balance, compensation, etc. I know the group does both senior lending (1L, unitranche, etc.) and junior capital (2L, sub debt, HoldCo debt, and some common equity) in the middle market space. Seems like an interesting angle they have with the HarbourVest FoF being LPs in so many Sponsors' funds that the HarbourVest private credit group gets preferred allocations. Anything to be wary of with this group?

Thanks!
