Hi Guys, I heard a lot of conflicting comments on ER return offer rates (especially in a top BB). Some say it leans toward the higher end since they don't take that many SAs but I also heard a lot of people saying its plenty lower than 50% since ER also doesn't take many fulltime analysts. Would love to hear everyone's perspective on this.
