Fixed Income vs Equity Research

Hi everyone, I have a full-time offer for equity research and one for fixed income research within the specialized products group both at JPM.
I am quite unsure about what I want to do long-term, and I do not think I want to stay at a bank for most of my career.
In which role would I learn more hard skills? Which one has the better exit ops? and what kind of exit ops are those? Lifestyle differences of the groups? Compensation?

Would appreciate some insights and anything else that I should consider! Thanks so much
