New job at a small tech co - what to wear? (men)

Starting a corp dev job at a small software company next week and have no idea what people wear to the office, although I'm certain that the full suit I wore in IB is not appropriate. I was thinking about getting some casual dress shirts and some golf polos, athleisure pants, and maybe a pair of casual loafers? I'm pretty clueless here, any advice appreciated.
