Australia: Boutique fund management company graduate salary expectation
Hi all, I know there are tons of posts on graduate pay, but my question is bit more more niche.
I am interning at a boutique fund management shop on their investment team, and am expected to work here as a grad. The fund is relatively small and was pretty much a 2 man team before hiring a few interns. Only since I've been working here I realised there are quite a number of small fund management companies like this in Australia. The fund I am at has been performing quite well for the past years and seems on an upward trajectory and launching new products.
I have seen a job ad for a similar fund offering $100k and that's about the only data point I have. I am curious if anyone has more insights into these places, and what I should expect for a graduate offer.
