was busy for all the banks so most summer and full-time analysts got busted their asses off and rarely had a day off. Who knows how hot the markets will be later this year. I think it will be busy until July, but probably cool down a bit in the 2nd half. I worked every weekend and had 1 full day off all summer. I had a few weekends where I only worked 8-9 hours each day.

My outlook says I have a 3 day......whether or not it actually happens I don't know.

Sure, the bank will probably be "closed" on Monday. But as PaperTrail said, you still need to plan on working Saturday, Sunday, and Monday - holidays (like weekends) are only days off if there's nothing to do. Just buckle down for this summer and make a good impression so you can get a full time offer.

I'll be working - got staffed up about an hour before I was going to head out of town for the next 4 days. Awful.

I'll be in all day every day. Perhaps a few hours off for fireworks.

Probably just 8 or so hours a day for me. Nothing killer but I'm certain I could find better uses for my time.

Had yesterday and today off. Two deals came up this week which are cranking at a wild pace and on stupidly tight deadlines, so I'm in the office tonight. I'm hoping a solid slog tonight will means I have tomorrow to myself and only need to come in for a few hours on Sunday.

Those who can, do. Those who can't, post threads about how to do it on WSO.

I already broke my elbow last weekend. I guess I'll shoot for not breaking my other one this weekend. Not blowing any fingers off would be a plus too.
