Where to go to?

Currently stuck in the middle-east and unemployed. With an undergrad only, it is pretty hard to find a finance job in my country, let alone in dubai. I am looking to complete a master's degree and settle in another country where my chances should be better.I have looked up top unis such as LBS, HEC, St-Gallen, MIT, etc in Europe and the US.However, I have no idea where to go to as I am unsure to where I should head out to.I'll be applying to those unis and I guess my decision will be based on where I will get accepted, but nonetheless I think I should strive to have a specific location to settle in ( I say settle in, because after completing a grad degree, I will most likely have to stay and settle in the country where I studied to gain citizenship as my current passport doesn't open opportunities in many countries).I have read many posts about living and working in the US, London, Paris, Zurich and other places but I am still unsure.Optimally I'd want to end up in investment banking, just because of the salaries and exit opportunities, and maybe open my own business in the longer-term. I'd say I'm most attracted to the US just because of the higher salaries, but from what I read, it seems that the cost of living usually offsets the high salaries there.

Any words of advice on how to choose where I’ll probably have to live the rest of my life?
