Advice Needed, Feeling Isolated and Depressed about My Current Situation

Hi Monkeys,

I am currently a second year IB analyst at a no-name boutique bank. I feel quite isolated given I am the only junior/anlayst in this regional office. The pay and benefit are shit (considering $70k in an expensive downtown area in major cities with no over time meal and taxi). I know myself enjoying doing investment and am looking for hedge fund / AM jobs, I am consistently doing networking and trying to find a new jobs in the buy side space. But hard to land an even interview now. I may should look for another banking job then lateral to hf, but looks like IB job market also bad now. I am very outgoing person but this job puts me into an isolated situation, feeling like my covid lockdown never ends. Hope job market will be better soon. Any advice will be apprecaited.
