Need Advice - Bad

Hey guys, looking for some insight here. I'm looking to work in high finance but as of right now I'm a credit analyst at a small MM regional commercial bank. I took the job so I could get some experience, but I think it's really limiting my career trajectory within finance. I'm also a full-time student in a grad program for Financial Risk Management so I've learned a decent amount in different finance topics (Capital Markets/Equity/Fixed Income/Derivatives Pricing/Credit Markets). I've had previous internships in IB/Equity Research as well.
Can anyone give me advice on what would be viable options to transition into given my situation?
