SA IB Background Check Resume
I'm curious about the process for the summer analyst background checks at BBs/EBs/etc. Do we have to submit another resume before the background check? I'm wondering this because my GPA did decrease a little bit during SA 2024 recruiting and I changed my plans for this summer. I had previously put an unpaid "Incoming position" on my resume firm when I was recruiting last spring but I recently started a paid internship instead. When I told HR about my change of plans they said not to worry but I'm still concerned as to whether my background check will be compared with the application I submitted way back or with my most updated resume next year.
