[Seeking Advice] Target School Off-Cycle Recruiting

Hi all!
I am a senior at an Ivy League school that sends a lot of students to IB in NYC. I’ve never recruited before because I always had ambitions in entrepreneurship but I just recently realized that I am actually really interested in IB and Private Wealth Management. I’ve majored in public policy with 3.8 GPA and worked in a government consulting internship and have started profitable small “mom and pop” type business and start up that was able to secure some fundraising. Further, I have some experience working with VCs. I was told by my friends that all recruiting is essentially done at this point and I should just do a masters. Is that really the case? Is there any advice how I should go about getting an off-cycle full time analyst role in NYC?
