Any tips for ending LTR?

Okay so I've been in relationship with this woman for a long time. We grew up together in Brisbane. I've worked overseas in IB and she came with me and now I work at a MMB in NYC. I come home late, I work a lot as I'm an analyst. I love what I do, it's just that this woman has started complaining and all that and wants me to go into or commercial banking with less hours/week. Since I love what I do, I don't see myself going anywhere in the foreseeable future and I would like to let her go and enjoy her life than stick with me and be miserable. She has a part time job and is 3 weeks pregnant and I'm not ready for this. So I want her to abort and let her go. I just don't know how to approach her about this and tell her. She's stuck with me ever since our sophomore year together and I don't see any other way of making her happy. Honestly, I miss my single life where I wasn't tied to a woman. So any input on this would be greatly appreciated.

Did you intend on keeping the baby in the first place? You should start off easy by telling her that both of you (stress this as a 'us' thing instead of a 'I' thing) are in no place to have a child together. After she aborts, wait a month then break it off.
