Athletic Brewing Co.

Anyone try these? I have tried the Upside Dawn and it tastes really good. Just like Sierra Nevada. I was skeptical before trying it, but am hooked now and it is only 45 calories. I saw Litquidity mention it a few months ago. -

Thought this was a very good NA beverage. Pretty much anything from Athletic will be great NA beer though. For the Upside Dawn -

If only if it were more convenient to find these guys beers more easily. If this is their mainstream offer, I’d love to try some of their seasonals and limited editions. First off, I really like the design of the can with the mountains. It’s just catchy. The pour was easy, and the aroma wasn’t a ton, but man the taste of this beer was awesome. I wish I could find this one in a 12 pack because I’d definitely buy more. I’d enjoy drinking some of these by the pool or at the beach. Surely some of you guys may have tried this one, but if you haven’t, you need to. Feel like it would go good with a lime and maybe some beer salt

Wow! Amazing.

My buddy also just launched a beer (alcoholic) and he is killing it.

You're going to laugh, but for a 'near-beer' I'm a huge fan of Penn's Best NA by Genesee. It's only about $3 per six, and it's crap--but it's crap in the exact same way that a Bud or Coors light is crap.  It's a great lawnmower beer that is tough to tell it'd booze free.  It goes great with pizza, and you can also squeeze a lime in it and pretend it's a Modelo with your tacos.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.

A plug for something I call shit?   OK.

Non-alcoholic beer? What are you fucking brain dead?

Who the fuck do you think you’re talking to? Do you not fucking realize that alcoholic beverages disrupt sleep patterns and cause fucking fatigue and fucking anxiety the following day? Can you fucking fathom that Athletic brews are also a low fucking calorie alternative to regular alcoholic drinks. I hope you fucking think about these fucking concepts. For fucks sake, bro.

Nope when you get older and see people that have worked for a company get laid off immediately after a happy hour for not holding their liquor or have your first junior become a moron in front of a client or counterparty you’ll understand why people have stopped drinking on top of the health benefits. Also it’s easy to joke on here but back before I didn’t drink I got cocky and made a reference like the one you did above in front of a potential client who didn’t drink.

I'm the opposite - if a banker doesn't drink he doesn't get my fees
