Advice | Join Exited-Entrepreneur on Investment Management Fund?
Hi,
I didn't really aim to fall into the finance/buy-side industry at all. Long story short, I made a connection recently with an exited entrepreneur that sold his company. He wants to make $30M-60M USD in venture investments, flipping small companies for profit (PE/search fund operator), incubating start ups in-house, etc. Basically a broad range of things.
We have hit it off and he has sent me an equity agreement where I am allocated a percentage of each investment made on a vesting schedule. I'm not sure if this is an excellent opportunity or if I am waisting my time on a relatively smaller "fund". Would appreciate any advice from people here.
