Apollo LA Office

I've heard a lot of different opinions on Apollo. Wanted to see if there's anyone who has past experience or second-hand knowledge of anyone going through Apollo's Associate program? Is it as bad as everyone says? What are the major differences between the LA vs NYC offices?

How many Associates do they usually take every year? Is Amity the HH or Dynamic Search Partners?

Any insights on the recruiting process would be most helpful.

Thanks!
