Audax PE out of undergrad

Interested in pursuing PE right out of undergrad and would love to know more about them for FT recruiting. I'm aware they're quite strong in the MM space w/ an aggressive buy and build approach (which I imagine yields to tons of deal reps). Few questions in mind:

  1. I've heard concerns about WLB, but was wondering if this is still an issue? How does it compare to BB/EBs?
  2. What are typical career paths like? Do analysts stay after the stint, lateral to UMM/MF, go get MBAs?
  3. How does the Boston office compare to SF? Seems like the latter is quite small w/ only 1 MD
  4. Noticed most have student-athlete backgrounds from LACs - does this lend to a more "fratty" culture?

Any insight helps - thanks!

Can do 2yrs and lateral to a different fund. Hard to go from there to a MF but know people that have left to other great funds from there. Easy to burn out. They really crank people
