I interviewed there in the past, but didn't get an offer. Everyone was friendly, very thesis driven and more operationally involved than most buyout shops, according to them. Pre-req of their IC is that they need an industry veteran to be involved in the deal (take a seat or operate). Will say the model test is unusually hard compared to most funds (3 statement, multiple cases and unique levers, and not a lot of time). Overall decent place to start if you're interested in Lower middle market.
