Incoming EB SA--what do I recruit for FT?

Hi all, I am a junior at a top target going to an EB this summer (think LAZ/PWP/MOE). I am thinking about recruiting for MFPE (Vista/SL/Blackstone/KKR/WP) or VC sourcing roles (GA/Insight/KKR NGT) or maybe even banking (Q/GS TMT/EVR/PJT).

My long term goal is to get a seat at a crossover fund doing private market deals. I'd be ecstatic to work at a place like Altimeter/Dragoneer/Coatue. Does anyone have suggestions as to which funds/banks would prepare me best to recruit for one of these roles? Am I splitting hairs right now? Would appreciate thoughts!

If you were at Laz you would say LAZ/MOE/PWP

If you were at HL RX, this post would make little to no sense

pretty clear you are talking about HL M&A, in that case, yes, recruiting for FT would make sense but I think it's basically impossible to shoot for MFPE
