Megafund Internship vs PERE full time

Hi folks!

Need little help here. Just graduated from an Ivy real estate program. Interned junior summer at a PERE top20 shop (US Firm, Asia team, AUM $50b+) in the Acquisitions team and got return offer. Now received an internship offer from a Megafund's (TPG/KKR/BX/Carlyle/Apollo) PERE team (China team, less than $10b AUM).

Given that I have already signed the return offer with the shop that I interned with. Career-wise, would an post-graduation internship with a Megafund still add value to my resume? Or is it better to honor the return offer with the prior shop?

Thanks!
