Great comp for Houston, apparently supremely sweaty. Returns are great. Think they have a lot of turnover.
The firm just announced “Fund VI exceeded its target of $2.75 billion and was significantly oversubscribed at its hard cap of $3.5 billion”.
Like others have said. Great firm with strong returns but sweaty, figuratively and literally, as you’re in Houston. And you’re stuck in Houston…
Swamp ass city
No internal promotion to VP, think comp was 250k which is good for the COL I guess but the top shops in Houston pay around 325k so middle of the pack comp. Extremely, extremely, extremely sweaty.
