There has been some online scuttlebutt (i.e., Twitter) saying Arbor has been shopping some of its multifamily deals. Curious if anyone here has any color on this.

Shopping if someone wants to buy them at par. I’ve also seen their origination team use it as a carrot to get a phone call scheduled. I have yet to see an actual below-par loan trade.
What is their response when people don’t want their loans at par?
Is anyone able to sell any underwater loans at par?
