CBRE FCG Skills Assessment test

Hello, I have to take a skills assessment test soon and the MD told me this is what to know:

  • amortize loan and calc NPV/IRR with financial calculator

-Time value of money

-Basic Financial ratios

-Basic lease & sale analysis

-Algebra

-Writing sample

Anyone have any resources to study for these questions? Where can I find study material for lease and sale analysis or what kind of questions will they ask on that? That one is my main concern. Also if anyone has insight on the type of writing sample I'd appreciate it. I'll have 2 hours for this test.
