Exit or career path: valuation team in big 4 real estate firms vs in-house M&A team of China insurance firm

Greetings,

I received a valuation internship offer from big 4 real estate firms, while I am really likely to receive an internship offer from a strategic planning department (in-house M&A team) of one of the largest China insurance company through school nomination. And I am going to sign the contract really soon in these few days for the valuation internship. I personally have no preference, just want to consider it from the career path and the future compensation. Should I sign the valuation one? Or reject it and wait for the offer? Or sign valuation one and breach it after receiving the in-house M&A offer?
