Graduate RE programs / Certificates / Resume Boosters

All,

any recommendations on part-time programs that are worth pursuing to bolster the resume? For context, I am at a (CBRE/JLL/CW) on a top-tier team as an analyst. Did not go to a top school for undergrad, but would like to look at potential options to improve my resume. Are certificate programs worth it? Do people recommend a part-time masters program? I understand nothing is as good as networking with the people I am already in contact with on a daily basis, but want to add something to my resume that will help me stand out.

Thanks in advance.
