JV Transactions in Canada

Curious to learn more about Joint Ventures in Canada and who are the main lenders. My main source for news right now is RENX but was curious to know if there's any other sources that I should be following for up to date transactions. I understand most of the transactions are with the REITs/Pensions and some of the real estate subsidiaries of wealth management firms like Crestpoint and Nicola Wealth Real Estate. To my knowledge, seems like Trez Capital, Kingsett and Centurion are the main players in lending for these types of transactions.
