LIHTC Tax Syndication Compensation

Anyone work in tax syndication? I just started at one of the top 10 tax syndicator about 4 months ago as an associate underwriter. My offer was 100k with bonus being discretionary but I'm assuming it could between 30-75% of my base salary. Any one work in tax syndication as an underwriter seen there bonus yet? What was the percentage of your bonus to your to your base salary? 

 

Technically year 7 of CRE experience but I was laid off 3 years back for 9 month. Really set back my progression. All previous experience was in development. After lack of opportunities went to get stable gig and for the stamp on resume until I can develop on my own. 

 

Going to be starting at a LIHTC syndicator soon but have way less experience than you. What did you see for bonus %s?
