1st year analyst comp is ~180-200k. Expect very long hours (IB hours). Heard from a prior intern that it's a tough culture where folk don't talk much outside of work related topics. Don't expect to get an offer unless you go to an Ivy and very strong quantitative skills. They ask a lot of mental math questions and brain teasers during the interview process. Large presence from Wharton and Cornell.

There’s always an exit to an exit imo. Just depends on what your endgame is, if you have one, and where you started.

They only accept 4-5 interns a year mainly from ivy league. Their interviews are very technical heavy and much harder than other MF REPE I applied to. They focus on niche real estate assets outside of your traditional food groups.

Good group of smart people that are very invested in internal growth/mentorship. Heard from a friend they give pretty meaningful work to analysts/younger people which keeps it interesting. Also helps younger people learn a lot quickly. My friend likes it a lot and plans on sticking around.

Bump. Knew a kid who worked there this summer who said it was an overall great time. Saw many opportunities across traditional and niche asset classes. Had a lot of exposure and responsibility. Great learning experience and raved about the support and help across the entire group.
