Recruitment at mid/senior level
I am a NYC-based VP on the investment side, and I've done both equity and debt deals, but I am at a smaller shop that's been raised on a deal-by-deal basis with some evergreen fund capital. I have the standard recruiter list, and I know this is a rough time to make a move. However, what are the more mid-level / senior folks doing when they get a new gig? Is it simply networking, or are there other avenues I am potentially overlooking? Are there any HH/Recruitment firms you have had success with when dealing with non analyst/associate opportunities?
