Small REPE Shop vs Big Shop

Hi MONKEYS!!

I have been given the opportunity to join a small PE firm (150m GBP AUM). (3 Founders and me as the only junior).

I have 3 yrs experience in portfolio analysis/performance analysis at a major REIT in another country (60b AUM)

The salary they have offered is far below average - however I am currently unemployed, so better than nothing and would take it with the hopes of hopping after 6 months.

Just wondering if anyone has any advice on whether it is easy to move from a small firm to a big firm, or would going to a no name shop hinder my CV?

Thanks
