Bocconi MSc Finance vs HEC MiM

Hey all,

I'm an American who was accepted to Bocconi's MSc in Finance and HEC's MiM. If my goal is to eventually work at HF, which is the better option? I have not been to Milan, but I enjoyed Paris very much.

HEC

Pro: It's a French school

Con: Location, frequent parties (not a huge party person)

Bocconi

Pro: center of Milan, cheaper, quant finance courses

Con: Idk anything about Milan

I don't speak French, but I'm proficient in Spanish. Italian is similar enough to learn in two years...I think.

TIA for any advice about which school to pick. I believe there's a significant chance of working in London regardless of school choice because English is my first language.

Go to bocconi and then try to get into bsic (student association) - they have some connections to HFs. Also, You'll like the Msc Fin there. It's the most quantitative out of all European business schools and will likely prep you best for your goal.
