Should I transfer from my large midwestern public school to a target after freshman year of undergrad?

I’m a couple of weeks from HS graduation and I'm beginning to question whether the large, Midwestern, non-target public school I'll be attending will lead me to where I want to be in finance. I'm putting in effort to position myself for success once I arrive with things like the honors college, the business leadership program, and Chancellor's Leadership Class. However, I can't shake the feeling that even with involvement in the right clubs & programs and maintaining a high GPA, the college's lackluster reputation may still overshadow my resume during recruiting. So given my situation, would it be worth attempting to transfer to a top 25 after freshman year, and if not, what can I do to set myself apart?
