DC Energy?

Any recent color on this company (last post was 5 years old)? What is comp/wlb/culture like for the analyst role out of undergrad? They do OCR at my school and seem to get alot of east coast ivy grads. Also, what is the future of energy trading like in the long run?

I'm assuming the only exit is to a energy pod at an MM HF, or another commos trading company?

I’m currently at a competitor. DC is by far the market leader in FTRs. However, they also have a huge team. The Non compete is pretty strict and pay is whatever. probably a good place to learn but they are a machine. If you go, learn as much as you can and leave as a PM somewhere to optimize comp

I was told that they were the absolute best for FTR by far, but doesn’t trade much other product. Is this true or they do in fact trade terms?
