Dublin quant salaries

From what I can gather, trading firms in London and Amsterdam like Jane Street, Optiver, Flow Traders, ... offer graduates a total compensation that comfortably clears six figures.

Does anybody have insight into how the pay in Dublin shops (Virtu and SIG) compares (maybe broken down into base, bonus and sign-on), and how the progression could look like? And how big is the difference between quant strategists/researchers and quant traders?

Thanks!
