Hi, just want to do a quick poll of the current base of the analysts (S&T) in Toronto..
My 90k base is not gonna cut it in this city.. Is this street comp? More so curious about the base out of the rotational program. They have been paying intern-rotational-analyst all the same base at my firm.

85k-100k is normal. Rbc at 85, bmo at 100, others in the middle as far as I know. Base same out of the rotational but I think bonus is prorated to when you’re on your desk (not rotational)
Intern base was 85k and rotational base is 95k for me
