Attractive Woman At Work--Find a Wife or Future Deal

I work with an astoundingly hawt girl in an internship program

I want to either f*ck this person or eventually work on their startup--I'm a little bit older, i've seen people go far and believe me she's  going far.

It's been months if not years since I got smacked with the lovebug. How do I find a balance between sperging out at and getting enough in her good graces to maybe become cfo of her future startup

Sorry for the weird question, i know everyone has had a similar story before

Shes an angineer

it's common to meet intelligent, inspiring and attractive founders when working in VC. There is a reason why some founders are good at assembling a great, high-performing team - their personality can be like a magnet.

it's the startups job to make a positive impression on the VC partners. The line to dating/personal life shall normally not be crossed, unless you two hit it off in such a good way that it can't be stopped.

VC folks who join startups is also a common move, if you see potential in the people and the company.

Alright, buddy, let's add a pinch of humor to this advice. First off, you've got to rein in that lovebug and put it on a leash! Keep things light and professional at work. Impress her with your skills, and instead of dropping cheesy pick-up lines, use your wit to crack some engineering jokes. Maybe something like, "Hey, if we were both startups, we'd have the best merger in town!"

When discussing her future startup, let her know you're not just there for the hawtness, but you genuinely admire her entrepreneurial spirit. Say something like, "I'd love to be the CFO of the century, backing the genius that will revolutionize the world!"

Remember, it's all about being charming, respectful, and professional while showcasing your talent. You can be funny without crossing any lines. Keep it light, and who knows, you might build not just a startup but a great working relationship too!

And....what do you suggest I follow to accomplish this?

"keep things professional at work".

NGL she's a lot smarter than me and I don't actually interact with her AT ALL on work.

"Say something like, "I'd love to be the CFO of the century, backing the genius that will revolutionize the world!""

That's corny. But I wouldn't actually have a sauve-er line. I am probably on the autistic side, she definitely is but doesn't know/doesn't advertise it.  She doesn't have a startup right this moment although for all intents and purposes she will.

Further advice? Any suggestions for getting into conversations a PhD might enjoy?
