Joining a startup HF out of undergrad

Hey guys - I'm currently in talks with 2 very startup funds about joining straight out of undergrad. Both PMs have pretty solid backgrounds I'd say - one worked at a very name brand fund for a short period after HBS, then left for a Tiger cub that didn't work out great, and is now doing his own fund. The other used to be a partner at a $2-5B fund which folded not long ago, but before went to Stanford BS, and worked at Apollo. I have no idea what my role exactly would be, and I think both are somewhere in the $20M range in AUM to build up a track record before taking it to institutions.

The issue is that currently, I have no other real options at the moment - my other interviews with larger and more established funds have been put on hold due to coronavirus, and I do need a job. How should I be thinking about these opportunities?

I'm eventually thinking about bschool, and one thing that is actually pushing me in favor of trying one of these out is that I'd have the opportunity to help build this out.

I don't know what I should be thinking about - any help would be appreciated.

Hey - this is really really cool... Having the opporunity to work at start up HF right out of undergrad would be an increidble experince as well as resume builder for b school. Any chnace you could PM me? I actually have been really interested in purusing roles out of undergrad at start up hedge fund and am curious how you went about networking.
