Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Apply online then an interview with the analyst, just going through resume (good to have something interesting to talk about on your resume). After talking with the analyst, there is a 30 minute technical test about accounting, valuation and irr/moic calculation. The analyst might have some follow up questions depending on your answers on the test.
Next round is with other 2 analysts, also on cv-base questions, going through your experience. No technical since you passed the test.
Last round is with a director, all fit questions about motivation and personality.
