Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied to the job through my school's career website. I was contacted shortly thereafter to inform me that I received a first round, on-campus interview, which took place roughly one week later. This interview was resume/behavioral questions with a director, and lasted about 30 minutes. I was contacted two days later and was told I received a final round interview, which took place at the Chicago office.
