Highest Paying Groups at BlackRock?
What kinds of groups pay the most? I understand that at BLK people tend to work less hours on average, but the compensation can still scale quite high. Interested in what kinds of groups tend to command the highest compensation on average.
Bump interested as well.

The base standard for the highest paying groups at BlackRock (ETF & Index Investing, Risk & Quantitative Analysis, Infrastructure PE) is about tree fiddy
if you're talking analyst, associate, or vp, that's simply false.

which were the highest-paying groups at BlackRock?
Any of the HF/PE groups where investment professionals are paid from a performance fee/carry pool. Don't expect the same level of work/life balance within those groups though.
Pay outside of those groups = salary + corporate bonus
Pay within those groups = salary + corporate bonus + carry/perf bonus
This is the right answer. Any group actively managing money and producing fees is paid market average. If you have questions on any specific groups, fire away.
Do you have info on ETF & Index Investing (EII) group?
.
What are typical BB ER hours?
ya this can vary wildly, so also interested
