Consultant@MBB or Senior Cons@boutique/Tier2s

I am re-entering consulting, after 1.5 years at a startup.
Prior to the start up, I spent 4 years rising up the ranks at a well paying TMT consulting firm. Exited at consultant level to join the start up, though I was on track to a senior consultant promotion

I am now deciding between :
1. MBB (entering at consultant level)
2. Going back to my previous boutique consulting firm (senior consultant level)
3. In house consulting (senior consultant level)

In terms of pay, 3

 

What are your Long term goals? If you haven't decided, MBB offers the best exit options after, by far. If you've decided and it's Corp dev, how certain are you that the industry of option 3 is one in which you want to be for the long term? Unless you're absolutely sure, MBB will still give you the best exit opps
