The big 4 (KPMG, EY, Deloitte, PWC) pay about £55k to start, no bonus, no expenses. Other firms provide you with corporate accommodation, comprehensive expense package, and negotiated bonus. Obviously base will be lower as a result.

55K isnt bad since at todays fx rates thats $88k AND BCG pays $98K in NY and OWFS pays $100K. Does london comp benchmark the NY scale?

Hello members, I am very new to this forum. I would like to know the salary break up of a manager audit in a big 4 in London. Glassdoor range is around 55k so does this include car allowance which is normally 4.5 to 6k? or the car allowance is part of benefits hence the normal salary is 55k+4.5k. Thanks, really appreciate the help.

haha just had to flame, on a more serious note i heard something in the range from 35k to 37k for non MBB in London.

Yup, that's correct or even lower. Think Deloitte London pays £32-£35k for their analyst program. When you get to consultant, it gets to about £42k then senior consultant starts at £50k. Little to no bonus.
