Cornerstone Summer Analyst vs Capital One BA Program
Non-target junior looking towards MBB who received a few final round interviews this cycle. My two best offers seem to be between Cornerstone's Summer Analyst program and Capital One's BA program. Not sure which to pick to set me up for next cycle, as well as which job might be the best if I choose to stay FT/which one has the most general prestige in the event I decide to pivot.
Compensation is better (~10k annualized) at Capital One without considering signing bonuses, and the campus and cost of living in McLean is incredibly nice. That said, while I liked both cultures, I clicked a bit better with Cornerstone.
Any insight into either firm would be very appreciated!
