NYU Stern is a non-target for MBB. I'd go with Penn.
Penn for sure. The key is to choose an easy major, get a high gpa, be in a consulting club, and apply to a less competitive office. This should work out.
What do you mean by "less competitive office." I'm new to this stuff.
Philly would be a common one for penn students. Easier than nyc or Boston for sure.
New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and Boston are your most competitive offices for MBB at least.
