Difference between FT Recruiting vs SA Recruiting?
I've heard mixed things about going through the FT recruiting process vs. SA recruiting process and was wondering if anyone could shed a bit of light.

Is there anything different about how firms process the FT applicants vs the summer applications when it comes to expectations regarding casing ability, industry knowledge, etc.?
