Econ Consulting

Hi guys,

I'm relatively new to this website. I recently had a phone interview with a sortof econ consulting firm. They are actually a consulting firm directly related to foundations and their effectiveness. I have surprising low qualifications (3.3 gpa from a non-target), however I have a tiny bit of decent work experience and lots of volunteer work (which this place loves).

My question is what to expect from a second interview. They said it consists of 3 and a half ours of talks with different people. Should I expect some sort of test? I've been reading and seen a lot of stuff about tests, but never really have had this kind of an experience before as most Econ Consulting firms ignore me from my low gpa. Any input would be welcome.
