Exit opps - BB vs. Non-MBB consulting

There have been a few threads, but not too much information on how exit opportunities look after consulting at firms other than MBB, e.g., OW, Booz, ATK, LEK, Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, E&Y. The only common theme is "MBA" but is there anything else? Any strong exits into finance (IB/VC), VC, F500 management, start-up, etc?

If one had to choose between one of the higher-end firms in this range and a BB (that isn't GS/MS/JPM), what would likely be the better move for one's long-term career?
